What is your role with Roche?
Senior Product Manager, head the Applied Science marketing team.
I work with colleagues both within Australia and overseas to develop marketing information which is provided to internal and external customers. This includes developing strategies for selling the currently supported product lines, and for establishing markets for new business areas.
Why do you choose to stay working at Roche?
In short, it’s because I like what I do. I have been fortunate in being able to gain experience in different roles and therefore to have an insight into several aspects of the business. I also like the fact that I am constantly provided with challenges that give me opportunities to learn new skills. I enjoy working with my team, as well as the constant interactions with all different sections of the company.
What message do you have for people who are thinking of applying to Roche?
Roche can offer an environment in which you are given the opportunity to learn and be constantly challenged. Roche also provides opportunities for growth and development both within the local organisation and internationally. The structure within Roche also means that it is easy to interact with staff from all of the different business sections so that questions can readily be answered.
