Why do you choose to stay working at Roche?
In the 13 years that I have been at Roche, the pipeline of new treatments has grown. This rich R&D pipeline also creates career opportunities at Roche. I also stay working at Roche because the company has given me the opportunity to follow my career aspirations, and supported me with development & training I have needed to be effective in the different roles. My jobs have ranged from Product Specialist Representative, Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager and Marketing Resource Manager.
The people I work with at Roche are also an important part of why I like working here.
Do you feel working at Roche enables you to contribute to improving peoples’ lives ? If so, how?
I trained & practiced as a pharmacist before joining Roche and the link to actually making a difference to people's health outcomes and options is still important to me working in the industry. I like working at Roche because our company has a rich history & bright future in providing treatments that make a difference in difficult disease areas. The great thing about this is that Roche's products bring better health outcomes for Australians.
