Peter is a Senior Lecturer in HR management at Macquarie University. He is also the Director of Voice Project, a research and consulting company that specialises in organisational surveys and the diagnosis of culture, leadership and engagement. Voice Project has worked with Roche Australia since 2002 implementing their annual employee survey.
