A management development program offered in the Pharmaceutical Division is the Overseas Experience Exchange Program (OEEP).
OEEP allows managers from Australia to work for up to 6 months in a Roche affiliate. The program was introduced to provide a variety of developmental opportunities for Australian managers. Without the commitment of a permanent relocation, Roche enables its employees to learn and share experiences with affiliates from around the world. The program is offered annually and has been highly successful, receiving enthusiastic responses from Roche affiliates and Australian participants.
