Your Work Environment

Roche focuses on natural and long-term growth. To achieve this goal, we need talented, enthusiastic and – most importantly – motivated individuals. Individuals like you.

Roche is here to stay, and grow. By focusing on long term, organic growth, we have built a global business with financial stability that has allowed us to keep innovating.

Our work environment enables you to work together in a trusting and respectful manner. This has helped to develop an open-minded and collaborative culture in which each individual’s point of view is heard and respected. At Roche, we want everyone to be open to new ideas and we want to maintain an environment of stimulating exchanges

Feedback is one of the keys of our performance culture. Exchanging information promotes the development of new ideas, which in turn help to further our company and our employees. If you are interested in learning from others, willing to look beyond your personal horizon, and like to share your knowledge with others, then you will find our performance culture much to your liking.

As a multinational corporation, Roche brings together people from all across the globe. Our cultural diversity and the promotion of an open and respectful environment combine to make Roche what it is today – a successful, flexible and forward-looking global player. This is not a result of chance. It is the result of the hard work and dedication of our employees
