Our graduates have a dedicated Coach who will be your primary contact and support point – providing you with direction/ development, feedback and performance discussions. In addition, you will have a contact within each department who will provide you with the required and relevant technical development.

The support and learning you will receive will contribute to your success within the Platinum Program and lend itself to your future career at Roche.
