Our selection process
There will be a number of stages to the Platinum selection process after the application close date:
Step 1
All applications will be read, reviewed and assessed. Meeting the key criteria questions, which you will complete when you apply online, will be important at this stage.
Step 2
If you are chosen to progress to the next stage you will be contacted via telephone for a detailed discussion.
Step 3
Success at this stage will require you to complete an activity within a set timeframe. You will be contacted via telephone with the requirements.
Step 4
After assessment of the activity we will invite the top 12 candidates to a face-to-face first interview.
Step 5
After the first interview the successful candidates will then participate in a rotational panel second interview with key managers from the business. This will be very interactive and involve a variety of tasks, behavioural based questions and interactions with the panel.
Step 6
At this stage reference checks will be conducted.
Step 7
The successful candidates are selected and advised.
