What is your background – what did you study?
I studied a Bachelor of Business with honours in management.
What attracted you to the Roche graduate program?
I was attracted by the opportunity to work across a number of different areas of the business and the ongoing support provided by Roche for professional development.
What rotation did you enjoy the most and why?
Every rotation provided unique experiences and rewards however I most enjoyed my rotation in Health Economics due to the focus on both clinical and economic data.
What role are you doing now?
I am now working in the Health Economics department at Roche. My job involves working on reimbursement submissions to government for our products.
What is the best thing about Roche for you?
I would say a combination of things: Roche’s exceptional products, strong pipeline, innovative and friendly culture, great employee benefits and concern for patients and the community.
What advice would you give to a new graduate applying for the Roche graduate program?
Roche offers an exceptional graduate opportunity with ongoing support for your learning and development. If you are interested in working in the pharmaceutical industry then don’t delay in applying!
