One of our primary goals at Roche is to nurture your talents and help you grow as our business grows. Our Perspectives program is designed for a few extraordinary individuals who have completed their Master’s or PhD degree with top marks, have a passion for healthcare/science, and have minimal early career experience. It’s a way for us to build our global talent pool and prepare high potential individuals for significant management responsibilities within an accelerated timeframe.
With the Perspectives - Global Accelerated Talent Development Program, Roche’s management executives of the future begin work to develop their management skills over the course of two challenging and dynamic years. During this time, you’ll move to four different locations and experience four different functions at Roche. During each of these six-month assignments, you’ll be exposed to a range of markets, cultures and leadership styles, which will extend your vision and understanding of the company, and accelerate your preparation to lead at Roche.
The program is perfect for individuals who not only know their strengths, but also know how to use and improve them. It’s geared toward those who are aware of what it takes to administer trans-national projects carried out at various locations around the world.
