Business Information

The business information team is responsible for acquiring, analyzing and reporting internal and 3rd party market data to senior management, all Roche sales and marketing teams, the Strategic Accounts team and market access. The raw materials that we work with include data collected from a number of different sources, including our own shipping and financial data, 3rd party data from suppliers IMS and Brogan Inc., customer and call level data collected by field based staff, and survey data collected internally, or through 3rd parties. Working with our business partners, we analyze and combine these data sets to produce a clear picture of how we’re performing, how our customers perceive us, and where our potential for future success lies.
