The Roche Corporate Legal Department is the centre of excellence for all legal aspects of the company. Our role is to offer professional, comprehensive and effective legal advice on litigation, intellectual property rights, contracts and corporate governance matters in support of our business objectives. Part of our mandate is to also ensure that all employees are aware of and trained in all relevant corporate compliance initiatives and privacy legislations requirements.
