Quality Management

Roche Canada Quality Management (QM) is a fast paced team environment which ensure all Roche drugs offered for sale in Canada are safe and effective for our patients. We confirm our manufacturing partners are in compliance with pharmaceutical GMP guidelines and all batches have been manufactured as registered with Health Canada. A high level of quality assurance is achieved and maintained through our detailed documentation and review processes. The QM department is also actively involved with the writing and implementation of local SOP’s supporting our quality systems which include customer complaints, vendor audits, change control, deviation investigation and CAPA as well as all the related training activities.
