Order Management Services

The Customer Services group is responsible for the overall management of the company’s order fulfillment process and all direct relations with trade customers. Our key direct customer groups includes retail wholesalers, chain distributors and hospitals among others. The range of services we provide encompasses all service requests for Roche pharmaceutical product orders, returns and account administration.

If you are bilingual with customer service experience, a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to organize and work on multiple activities we would like to hear from you!
