When I support and train our customers in the laboratories, I am proud to represent Roche. We have good products and we are professional and I know that the customers also think of us this way.
The professionalism makes me want to push myself even further. The atmosphere, wonderful colleagues and the trust and freedom that enable me to achieve my goals in my own way, makes me very happy to work here. I am challenged and there are good opportunities for development. Besides, I love my profession and my job so I could not imagine myself working anywhere else.

As IT Senior Specialist, I am passionate about what I do and so are all my colleagues. Our work is a shared passion, and we work hard and long to achieve our goals. The work culture in Roche is very special. There is a "nerve" that I have not experienced before. Our hearts beat to make a difference to patients and to do as well as possible. Innovation is a priority
Roche has a very broad portfolio of products and it makes my job as Communications Manager extra exciting and varied. And it gives me the opportunity to work with many colleagues in various teams. Our management team has obviously a great experience - more than I have experienced in the 5-6 other companies where I worked previously. Things are thoroughly thought out and with a clear direction. Those who make the decisions today, also imagine that they must live with the consequences tomorrow. It is perhaps also the reason that we on the "soft" side can maintain the special and positive social interaction that characterizes the entire house.
