Striking the right balance between work and life is a matter of your own personal preferences. Instead of mandating the same formula for everyone, we let you choose from a variety of work/life plans and programs.

We offer site-specific programmes that provide flexible working arrangements, sports and recreation offers, childcare, and other benefits. As in many of our offices around the world, our childcare center in Nutley, New Jersey (USA) was one of the first to offer fulltime, part-time and drop-in care, along with summer and after-school programs, and other childcare support.
