Perspectives
The Perspectives programme is designed for those who have attained their Master’s or PhD degree, along with a few years of work experience. Through a series of six-month assignments, it exposes you to a range of markets, cultures and leadership styles. The collaborative environment will encourage you to share and debate ideas with your colleagues. And, you’ll develop new skills and perspectives that can be applied in the many job opportunities available throughout our company.
