Roche Talent Pool

Research – A world to explore

Like you, Roche is passionate about the research and scientific excellence that will lead to the healthcare breakthroughs of tomorrow. We’re tireless in the research and development of clinically differentiated pharmaceuticals and their application in key therapeutic areas such as oncology, inflammation, metabolism, virology and the central nervous system – as well as developing adequate diagnostic instruments to optimise healthcare. Thanks to our sustained efforts in the field of R&D, Roche is able to provide new medicines and methods of diagnosis to treat a variety of diseases.

As both a diagnostics and a pharmaceuticals company, we’re pioneering the area of “personalized healthcare” through the interface of diagnosis and treatment. We’re already marketing the first personalised medicinal products tailored to the needs of specific patient groups. As an example, the AmpliChip Test, which allows individualized dosing based on metabolic profiling, was the first pharmacogenetic test to be officially recognized by the FDA.

We offer you the opportunity to apply your experience, to assume responsibility and to join us in shaping the future – regardless of whether you’re at home in the field of biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy or engineering.

Roche has research sites around the world, including Switzerland, the United States, Germany, and Shanghai, China. Furthermore, Roche also has co-development partnerships with Genentech (USA) and Chugai (Japan).
