Mannheim/Penzberg/Grenzach - Roche Deutschland wurde gestern in Mnchen mit dem Trainee-Siegel ausgezeichnet. Das Trainee-Siegel erhalten Unternehmen, die ihre Trainee-Programme karrierefrdernd und fair ausgerichtet haben. Die Auszeichnung soll dazu beitragen, nicht qualifizierende Berufseinstiegsprogramme von echten Trainee-Programmen fr Absolventen zu unterscheiden. Das Trainee-Siegel ist eine Initiative der Absolventa GmbH, dem Institut fr Personalwirtschaft der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitt Mnchen, der Sddeutschen Zeitung und Unternehmen aus der Privatwirtschaft. Es wird auf Grundlage der "Fnf-Punkte-Charta karrierefrdernder & fairer Trainee-Programme" verliehen.
