As both a diagnostics and a pharmaceuticals company, we’re pioneering the area of “personalized healthcare” through the interface of diagnosis and treatment. We’re already marketing the first personalised medicinal products tailored to the needs of specific patient groups. As an example, the AmpliChip Test, which allows individualized dosing based on metabolic profiling, was the first pharmacogenetic test to be officially recognized by the FDA.
We offer you the opportunity to learn from our leadership. You can gain practical experience through an internship in our research department and/or work on your degree dissertation while availing yourself of the expert assistance of our industry professionals – regardless of whether you’re aspiring to start a career in the field of biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry or pharmacy.

We believe that the future of innovation will depend greatly on and be accelerated by advances in biotechnology – from therapeutic proteins to new developments in siRNA technologies as well as advances in biomarkers, translational medicine and bioinformatics.
