At Roche we invest in developing talented people because we know it is an investment in our company's future. Compass has been deisgned to develop future Finance leaders who demonstrate excellence both in Finance and in leadership.

Compass is based on a rotation program of three modules. Each year, you will join a new Finance or Controlling team at Roche headquarters or at a Roche affiliate around the world. These experiences will provide you with basic knowledge of the Roche product portfolio and its business model. You will gradually increase your capabilities in managing yourself as well as other individuals or teams. You will also be offered specially tailored trainings and get ongoing support through mentoring and coaching.
