Your development at Roche

At Roche, we believe that as you grow, we grow too. That's why from the very start you are encouraged to actively shape the future of your own personal and professional development. Think of Roche as a culture of performance with controlled risk, where you have the freedom to try out new approaches and choose your own direction. You will be able to participate in challenging projects, thus building a professional launch pad that will propel your career.

Roche promotes independent thought and continuous exchange, because we know that this way we foster the innovative ideas that drive our business. We encourage initiative and commitment, and we reward outstanding performers through specific programmes to accelerate their careers.

For people at a relatively early state in their careers, we offer these three:
Perspective

If you have two to five years of work experience and have demonstrated outstanding skills and leadership potential, this two-year programme is for you. Through a series of temporary assignments in different countries within the Roche world, Perspectives enables you to quickly gain a broad understanding of your division (Diagnostics or Pharma) as well as the skill set and perspective to lead in a global healthcare company.

Management Start-up Finance Trainee Programme

This programme, which is run by our Diagnostics Division, aims to develop future leaders for our organisation.
