You already have some work experience (e.g. from internships) that has kindled your enthusiasm for a career in pharmaceutical marketing, and you are willing to make the commitment. You have the outstanding professional and personal qualities needed to get you started in Sales. As a member of the field force, you will learn about our customers' needs, the market, our strategies, therapeutic concepts and products from the bottom up. You will of course be given thorough training before you take on full responsibility for your customers and for achieving your sales targets. As you gain more experience, you will increasingly be involved in marketing projects. Your successful performance in the field force and on project work will ultimately qualify you to be a Product Manager and you will assume operational responsibility for a product or product group in Marketing. Your career will develop as you take on additional responsibility, e.g. as a Marketing Manager or Business Unit Manager in a subsidiary, or as an International Product Manager in Global Strategic Marketing, and as you move into a people-leadership role.
