A multi-faceted six-month program, Horizons is designed for executives who already have two to seven years' career experience under their belts. Developed in concert a renowned Business School, the program delivers true learning in action: Combining classroom instruction and teamwork with fellow participants, Horizons challenges you to think differently, going beyond your immediate field and work environment and seeing yourself as a leader who helps drive innovation throughout the business.

You’ll find yourself side by side with a diverse group of accomplished professionals. Together, you’ll share knowledge across disciplines, cultures and geographies. You’ll read and research, and use your new understandings to challenge traditional approaches to innovation management and strategy. By participating in innovation experiments, you’ll learn how to create and motivate high performance teams. Over a six-month period, you’ll study and work in a range of environments including London and Switzerland, and participate in a variety of exercises that encompass preparation, execution and vital feedback. Afterwards, you’ll be invited to be mentored by a senior manager
