Management development and consultancy
At the heart of management development activities is a series of seminars comprising six modules for all categories from "management beginners" to experienced line managers. Corporate Executive Development and the divisional human resources departments provide programmes run by renowned business schools for middle and top managers at corporate and divisional level. The emphasis here is on management skills in the context of strategic business decisions and other information relevant to leadership at corporate and divisional level.
Targeted team development in the run-up to and in the course of projects helps to ensure that objectives are achieved successfully. Individual workshops can also be arranged to prepare teams for change processes, and these can be reinforced by coaching programmes during implementation.
