To that end, the decisions you make about which routes to take are guided by regular discussions in which you receive feedback about your performance and look ahead at planning and development choices.
We have also developed a variety of special programs, including one for management executives, called Reflections.
Reflections - a development program for people who have already shown they are capable of great things – and want to prove that they can achieve even more. As the name suggests, the program is an opportunity to take a closer look at your leadership potential, and to align your own perception of your abilities with those of objective, expert observers. The program is designed to combine self-assessment with detailed feedback from program leaders about your strengths and areas for improving performance.
Reflections - conducted in a modular structure is based on our Leadership Principles and Competencies. As a participant, you are asked to make a preliminary self-assessment of your leadership qualities before being put through your paces in a three-day program of individual and team-based role-play, group discussions and case studies. At the end of the course, you receive a written evaluation that serves as the basis for a future individual development plan.
