Communication
Communication at Roche offers a wide range of job possibilities to people who are familiar with the rules and principles of communication. Given the complex structure of a global company communication is being done on different organisational levels, e.g. headquarters, divisions, global functions or departments. Roles and responsibilities thus depend on the objectives of the respective communication group and also define the competencies needed. Nevertheless basic communication skills are expected in any case.
Qualification
- A university degree in communications (or science / medicine / economics / law depending on the profile of the job) or a post university training in communication
- Several years of experience as a communication manager
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical company would be an advantage
Competencies
- Fluent in both English and German
- Superior communication skills (journalistic writing skills, build and maintain professional contacts, networking)
- Excellent organisational skills, project management experience
- Ability to conceptual thinking
- Familiarity with multimedia tools
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good computer skills
