Given the complex structure of a global company communication is being done on different organisational levels, e.g. headquarters, divisions, global functions or departments. Roles and responsibilities thus depend on the objectives of the respective communication group and also define the competencies needed. Nevertheless basic communication skills are expected in any case.

Qualification

• A university degree in communications (or science / medicine / economics / law depending on the profile of the job) or a post university training in communication
• Several years of experience as a communication manager
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical company would be an advantage
