With the Marketing Trainee Program the aim is: to recruit high caliber, talented and outspoken people and to develop new graduates by “rotations” within the company who then will be aligned with Roche and its culture within the marketing teams.










The selection crtieria for Marketing Trainee program are:

• To be graduated from Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Administration departments within the related year.
• To have ‘Advanced’ level of English
• To have ‘Advanced’ level of MS Office Applications
• Not to have any restictions to work abroad for a definite period time
• To have a driving license

The rotation plan of the Marketing Trainee Program is as follows:

1 month Training period for Medical, Product, Presentation Techniques
1,5 months in Regulatory & Health Institutions Affairs
6 months in Field Force
4 months in Strategic Planning & Business Development
4 months in Business Unit
6 months in Basel Headquarter

Every year in May, we organize ‘Roche Company Day’ for university students who will graduate within the same year. The aim of ‘Roche Company Day’ is to develop relations with universities, to familiarize students with the Pharma sector & Roche and to give them a chance to meet with our managers.
The Company Day consists of sessions/presentations about our business, different departments, personal development topics and interviewing skills which they strongly benefit when they start their careers.
