The Training Matrix is designed in order to define trainings (technical & soft skill) for each position in the company. The training needs are met either internally with our competent training team or externally through training companies which are experts in their areas.
Our employees also have a chance to attend trainings at our Head Quarters located in Basel or at regional CEMAI Training Center which is located in İstanbul.
