Roche was named Company of the Year in the Pharmaceutical Marketing Effectiveness Awards 2007. John Melville, Managing Director, said: "I am delighted that Roche has been awarded the 2007 PMEA Company of the Year Award. We rose from 7th in 2002 to 5th in 2003, then on to second in 2004, before achieving our table topping position for 2005 and 2006 in the surveys published in 2006 and 2007.
