Technical Call Center
When a customer has a question or needs assistance to resolve a problem, they rely on the expertise of our Technical Product Support Specialists in Customer Care. These highly skilled and trained professionals are equipped to handle the immediate needs of our customers. Clinical Support Consultants are also available to handle call escalations and more complex issues for the customer. Your interests and technical expertise assisting customers can also move you into quality or training opportunities.
Customer Service handles customer orders, inquires and issues through building rapport and proactively maintaining an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff. Our contract management participates in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements.
ACCU-CHEK® Customer Care
The purpose of ACCU-CHEK® Customer Care is to provide industry leading customer support to people who utilize ACCU-CHEK and Coagu-Chek products and services. Whether supporting a healthcare professional or a customer who is new to blood glucose monitoring, our Specialists are equipped to provide advanced troubleshooting, first call resolution, and to create customer loyalty and satisfaction.
