Discover your own path
The program is an intensive two-year experience, offering participants either three eight-month rotations.. It provides hands-on experience, working closely alongside industry experts. Participants benefit from consistent one-on-one mentorship, executive sponsorship, and exposure to senior leaders.

FAQ
The ADP program typically hires new participants with a start date in July.
This program aims to attract and develop early stage high potential leaders at Roche. It is up to each participant to find a role, but their mentor and the personal network created during rotations support everyone in this process.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche sponsorship and possess a willingness to travel and be placed anywhere throughout the United States (geographically mobile)
Desire 3.0 GPA or higher with previous work experience (internships / co-operational employment, etc.)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Student organization leadership and/or study abroad experiences are a plus
