The perfect start to your career at Roche with the BEIP

The BEIP internship serves as a direct launchpad designed to bridge the gap between complex global commercial strategy and real-world market action by embedding you into the heart of Roche’s commercial engine. Driven by the "4 Es" framework (Experience, Exposure, Education, and Exploration), you will collaborate with global strategy and local teams within a specific disease area to see firsthand how healthcare planning transforms into tangible patient impact. Spanning Marketing, Digital, and Customer Engagement, this role allows you to build resume-defining expertise by launching campaigns, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional projects—all while receiving the dedicated guidance and mentorship needed to successfully launch your career.

What you need to know

  • Duration: full-time internship up to 12 months.
  • Location: Roche Global Headquarters, Basel, Switzerland.
  • Eligibility: Master’s students or recent graduates (within 12 months post-graduation) in Business, AI & Digital, Marketing, Life Sciences or Applied Sciences.;
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Administrative Requirements: Non-EU/EFTA students must provide university confirmation of compulsory internship status. Please note this program is not structured to support Master's thesis completion.
  • Post-Programme: Participants gain access to the BEIP Alumni Community, offering ongoing networking and strong conversion potential for permanent roles based on performance.
