My Name is Nicole, and I am working as a Digital Development & Project Manager. Our main goal is, to boost the Digital skills of our employees to make them ready for the future. To thrive, and indeed survive in the 21st century we need to learn fast and to adapt flexibly to new digital business models. Training, networking and lifelong education are the core ingredients to success in the future.
No matter if employees are a digital newbie or a pioneer: The Digital Academy provides courses and trainings for all levels and supports everyone to understand the basic concepts of digitalization, to learn about data science and how to lead data teams and projects.
In our portfolio, we provide a wide range of class room, e-learning and virtual trainings. The project is based on a collaboration with two Swiss universities: Hochschule Luzern (HSLU) and Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL). Together with them we further support the business by developing tailor-made concepts for specific business needs.
