Please tell us about your current role?
Today, I lead the German sales & marketing organization with about 1300 employees. In addition, I coordinate the activities in Molecular Diagnostics (one of our business areas) in the region of EMEA LATAM.
How did your experience in the Perspectives Program influenceyour career and why?
Through the program I managed to get to know different parts of the value chain of our organization very quickly. It gave me a jump start to understand how the Roche organization works. In addition, it also gave me different perspectives on where I felt I could contribute the most.
What advice do you have for those considering applying to the Perspectives Program?
Learn as much as you can about our organization. It is a unique experience.
What makes the program unique /special for you?
I had the opportunity to get to know different regions, different functions, different businesses and different bosses in a short period. It gave me the experience to take the right role after the program.
