Internship Programme "Think Tank in Innovation & Sustainability"

Recruitment cycle for 2022: Q1, 2022

Aligned with our sustainability mindset and inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), we have launched the internship programme “Think Tank in Innovation and Sustainability #IP2TIS”. With this programme we want to provide you, as an early in career talent, the opportunity to work and experiment on innovative ideas in a safe and supportive environment. Together with Roche colleagues in Pharma and Diagnostics and other Think Tank interns, you will contribute to solve real challenges around Science, Technology, Society and Sustainability.

Key facts:

Who: Passionate & motivated master students (including MBAs), either enrolled at a university/business school or  those in a gap year before starting a PhD

Duration: Max. 3 months (for MBAs also 2 months possible), prefered start date July 1st, 2021

Location: Roche Headquarters Basel (note: some projects will support remote/virtual candidates)

What: Being a part of our programme, you'll gain industry experience whilst getting exposure to our senior leaders when presenting your outstanding project results 

Off-the-job-Training: During these 2-3-months we offer a unique curriculum and firsthand insights into our fascinating world of science and technology.
