Base Pay

Your fixed compensation, reflecting your role and sustained contributions over time. It is determined by evaluating similar roles both within Roche and in the local market to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

Roche Annual Bonus

A reward for your contributions during the previous year, based on your performance as well as company and division success. Most regular employees are eligible for the bonus, with payout tied to individual and group achievements.

Roche Long-Term Incentives (LTI)

These rewards recognize both your current role and future potential. LTIs are often reserved for those in senior leadership or critical roles, ensuring we invest in our leaders for long-term success. The value of LTIs over time is linked to our stock price, allowing employees to participate in the company’s success.

Recognition

Our "Applause" program celebrates milestones, positive behavior changes, and impactful results with small rewards. Recognition can come from leaders or peers and may be accompanied by non-monetary forms, such as public acknowledgment. Any employee may give and receive recognition.

Roche Connect

Available in many of our Roche locations, this is an opportunity for you to invest in Roche’s future and benefit financially from our success. Employees can purchase Roche Genussscheine (non-voting equity securities) at a discounted rate, allowing you to invest in the company's success.
