Future with Perspective - Our innovative Apprenticeship Concept

Roche thrives on the diversity of its employees. It is important to us that our apprentices and DHBW students reflect as many different characters, lifestyles and ideas about the future as possible. Our training concept is personalized. This means that we adapt to your needs and that you can design your apprenticeship yourself. Find out more!

In a portfolio discussion with your instructor, you discuss which tasks you are good at and which you still find difficult. You can then choose freely from a large number of training modules. In addition to these modules, there are also compulsory modules that you have to choose and which guarantee that you will be taught the necessary technical content of your profession. These interviews take place every six months so that you can shape your apprenticeship or studies until you graduate.

Internships for Pupils - One Week of Pure Practice

Roche offers one-week internships for schoolchildren for those who want to get a taste of the practical side of life at an early stage.
