Reimbursement for second-class round trip (bus and train) without seat reservation

In case you do not choose our preferred option mentioned above, the following guidelines apply:

Total distance < 300 km: Reimbursement 0,30 € / km
Total distance > 300 km: Reimbursement of bus-/-train costs by comparison
One-way distance > 500 km: Reimbursement “Economy Class” flight
(only after approval of your recruiter)
Rental car / taxi: Only in exceptional cases after approval of your recruiter

We will reimburse you up to 150 € for one overnight stay at a hotel* of your choice (excluding breakfast) Please note that we do not cover any catering costs (food, drinks, etc.).

*Location Grenzach: Overnight stay at the boarding house. Hotel only after consultation with recruiter.

Please fill in this form after your interview. Your receipts (train ticket, hotel receipt, etc.) are required for travel reimbursement so kindly scan them.

We will process your travel expense report promptly and transfer the amount to you. We ask for your understanding that this may take a few weeks.
