During my time as a fellow, I contributed meaningfully to programs across multiple therapeutic areas, spanning both early- and late-stage development phases. In addition to building a foundational knowledge of regulatory strategy, labeling, documentation, and other regulatory areas, I honed my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills—all of which are crucial for success in the pharmaceutical industry and as a regulatory affairs professional. The experiences I gained as an early talent truly kickstarted my career and taught me lessons I continue to use to this day.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my traineeship was the opportunity to rotate within the Regulatory department, exploring various functions and broadening my expertise in regulatory affairs, including program management. Additionally, working at Roche offered me a rich multicultural experience, enabling me to meet colleagues from all around the world and enhancing my ability to operate within an international context. This journey has significantly bolstered my professional skills and provided me with a holistic view of regulatory activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
