"The early talent program, which pairs residents with experienced mentors from their current team, was immensely helpful. The networking opportunities and connections I made were truly special, fostering both personal and professional growth. This experience has not only broadened my understanding of regulatory affairs but also equipped me with the skills to navigate and contribute effectively in this dynamic field"
Saara Manji - Mississauga, Canada

During my time as a fellow, I contributed meaningfully to programs across multiple therapeutic areas, spanning both early- and late-stage development phases. In addition to building a foundational knowledge of regulatory strategy, labeling, documentation, and other regulatory areas, I honed my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills—all of which are crucial for success in the pharmaceutical industry and as a regulatory affairs professional. The experiences I gained as an early talent truly kickstarted my career and taught me lessons I continue to use to this day.
Mike Stamatis - South San Francisco, U.S.A.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my traineeship was the opportunity to rotate within the Regulatory department, exploring various functions and broadening my expertise in regulatory affairs, including program management. Additionally, working at Roche offered me a rich multicultural experience, enabling me to meet colleagues from all around the world and enhancing my ability to operate within an international context. This journey has significantly bolstered my professional skills and provided me with a holistic view of regulatory activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
Youness Ameur - Basel, Switzerland

The early talent program has provided me with a solid foundation of regulatory knowledge, empowering me to contribute to the process of delivering medicines to patients. Throughout my time on the program, I was given multiple opportunities to develop my leadership, communication and collaboration skills, all of which are essential for regulatory professionals.
