The Poznan office, alongside Warsaw, is one of two locations for our Roche Global IT Solution Centre in Poland. From our modern office, close to Lake Malta, the Solution Centre team brings science and IT together, developing and maintaining innovative IT solutions and services for Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics and other Roche business departments worldwide. 

Our solutions support: - clinical trials & drug safety monitoring - optimization of internal processes - clinical treatment decisions made by doctors - user friendly applications that help patients monitor their health condition. Finding novel solutions is at the heart of what we do. 

We believe that success is a result of teamwork, collaboration, communication, decision-making and the pursuit of delivery excellence.Our teams are constantly striving to improve all these elements without losing focus on our main goal: to deliver IT innovation that will improve people’s health. Technology is our strength – everyday we break down barriers in healthcare.

With 10 centres of excellence, an R&D department and Innovation Lab all in house, we enable our employees to have access to the latest technology. This provides a platform to exchange their expertise and capabilities, allowing constant personal development.
