Software Engineering
Do you want to build cutting-edge systems that can help improve human lives? Our software team is tasked with bringing together complex diagnostic and treatment data from medical devices and software systems. Our goal is to be able to intelligently process and present this data to doctors and care givers to improve patient care.
Types of positions include Front End/ Back End Developer, DevOps Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Solutions Architect, Technical Product Managers, UX/ UI Designer.

Bioinformatics
Bioinformatics team helps process, analyze and interpret biological data to automate analysis workflows, combining informatics tools and algorithms with a profound knowledge of the biological systems being analyzed. Modern biological research relies on large amounts of data. The human genome is coded by more than three billion “letters.” Our Bioinformatics team helps us make sense of all this "big data".
Types of positions include Bioinformatics Scientist, Data Scientist, Statistical Modeling Manager.

Research & Development
Innovation is at the core of Roche’s R&D strategy. As a company active in both diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, we are pioneering the area of “personalized healthcare” at the interface between the two fields. The R&D organization has different levels of positions starting with scientists, engineers and project managers in several disciplines like analytical chemistry, biomedical, mechanical and systems engineering, human factors and physics.

Diagnostics Information Solutions
Roche Diagnostics has created a new start-up business charged with building a modern software stack that will change the way patients are cared for. The team's goal is to accelerate the science of personalized medicine. We are looking for top-notch software engineers, computer scientists, big data researchers and biotech professionals who are able to learn new domain and software technologies, build state-of-the-art distributed systems and web applications, and apply their knowledge and talent towards improving human health.

Digital Pathology
The Roche Digital Pathology team combines innovative hardware, software and image analysis software, and works in integrated harmony with the full Roche diagnostic portfolio for an end-to-end experience. Built by expert pathologists, this solution focuses on enabling the full capability of the pathologists’ unique mind and vision.

Our Cooperative Program gives students the opportunity to supplement their education with valuable hands-on experience and training.
Co-ops are paid and are typically 6-12 months. You must be enrolled an academic program related to the Co-Op project and must receive course credit for the co-op. When available, Co-Op positions are posted on go.roche.com/RocheCoops.
