ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The SPOCK program is designed to attract early in career individuals with differing education, thinking, and cultural backgrounds in order to increase diversity among Roche’s future leaders.
"The SPOCKs choose a senior sponsor who shares their knowledge, perspective and experience whilst advocating and ensuring SPOCK visibility with decision makers.  The enterprise nurtures this talent through stretch assignments and participation in mission critical initiatives."

You will interact with key functions and disease therapeutic area (DTA) teams, providing a portfolio perspective that drives quality decision making and supports strategic objectives. Additionally, through your senior pRED leader mentor, you will have exposure to the Pharma Leadership Team of pRED (pLT).
