Research & Development (R&D)
The R&D organization has many levels of positions for scientists, engineers and project managers. Tucson is the hub for tissue-based research and development. That R&D work spans from early development all the way through regulatory product approval. This site develops both automated tests for cancer and other diseases as well as the instruments that run the tests we develop.

Clinical Development & Medical Affairs (CDMA)
The CDMA team bridges research, clinical development, scientific publications and other diverse medical services to communicate the value and proper use of Roche products. The group provides physicians, key opinion leaders, regulatory agencies, professional groups and healthcare professionals with medical and scientific information and education.
Types of positions include: medical research, health economics/outcomes, data management and biostatics, medical/scientific liaisons, medical communications and education.
Clinical Operations
As part of our clinical operations team, you’ll plan and implement clinical studies that meet specific scientific, medical, regulatory and commercial requirements from early development through post launch phases including commercialization.

Regulatory Affairs
