Since 1966, we've been a vital part of Central America, with our Pharmaceutical hub established in Costa Rica since 1973. Currently managing operations in 24 countries in the Caribbean, Central America, and Venezuela (CCAV), we focus on delivering health solutions, enhancing quality of life, and creating opportunities for talent across the region.

In 2024, we opened the Roche Costa Rica Campus, uniting Pharma, Diagnostics, Diabetes Care, and Services under one roof. We also expanded our logistics with a cutting-edge warehouse in Costa Rica, distributing products throughout the Caribbean, Central America, and Venezuela.
