Meet Bendeguz | Roche

I joined Roche in 2020 during the Covid-19 period as a Travel and Expenses Compliance intern. When I
started working at the company I knew that I would stay here for long. After my university graduation, I was
offered a position and became an SAP Authorization Support Analyst. Now I work with colleagues around
the globe in compliance-related questions.

I did not hesitate a minute if I should take the offer because I felt that the culture at Roche is representing my values. Here you can work with more than 100,000 inspiring colleagues who are passionate about changing people’s lives.

With my line manager’s help, we set up a career development plan so I can pursue my goals that I set throughout the years.
I have the opportunity to work on ongoing projects such as ASPIRE, which helps create the digital backbone for Roche’s
contribution to people’s health. I am truly amazed that everyone is an expert in what they do and everyone is sharing their knowledge. There is a great force in collaboration and if you are willing to contribute to this you can achieve big things.

My work is really challenging but I have time to do the things I like, spend time with my family, travel, and do sports. Roche even provides me the opportunity to work and study simultaneously as I am currently doing my Master’s studies at ELTE University. Before working here I never knew that a good work-life balance is this important and that it can improve my performance.

Our Impact:

During my work, I get a lot of requests from Roche users around the globe. My work is to ensure the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAP authorization concepts.

Our Workplace:

The Roche Budapest office is exceptional, I would say. We have six floors of vibrating environment where the open space allows me to network with other team members.
