The Roche Internship Program offers an intensive 12-week paid internship where you’ll take ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. You’ll have the opportunity to present your work to senior leaders and lead or participate in committees that design and coordinate program events and initiatives. Throughout the program, you’ll benefit from professional and personal development opportunities, including networking events, workshops, and panel discussions. Additionally, you’ll engage in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities, all while having access to 1:1 mentorship to support your growth.
