The Finance Rotation Development Program offers high-potential future leaders the chance to gain valuable experience in key roles within Roche's Finance organization. Over a two-year period, selected candidates will engage in various rotations across multiple locations within the DIA Finance chapters.

The intensive two-year program offers participants the opportunity to rotate within the Finance Dia organization providing hands-on experience alongside finance leaders. With consistent one-on-one mentorship, participants gain valuable insights and guidance throughout their journey.

Additionally, the program includes executive sponsorship and exposure to senior leaders, enhancing professional development. Successful participants may also have the opportunity for permanent placement at the conclusion of the program, paving the way for a promising career in finance.

FAQ

This program aims to attract and develop early stage high potential leaders at Roche. It is up to each participant to find a role, but their mentor and the personal network created during rotations support everyone in this search. 
  • We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Informatics (GPA 3.0+), and one to two years of work experience, including internships. 
  • Candidates should have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, along with a passion for financial modeling and new technologies like AI. 
  • A team-oriented mindset, integrity, and a global perspective are essential. as is demonstrated leadership potential. 
  • Relocation benefits are available, but visa sponsorship is not.

The positions are US based with rotation in, Tucson, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Branchburg N.J  and Indianapolis. It may have a potential opportunity to have a global rotation. The selected candidates may start the first rotation in any of these locations according to business needs.
