START-TECH Graduate Program

About the program 

The START-TECH program is a 12-24 month program in Barcelona, Spain designed for recent graduates. The purpose of accelerating your professional development and enabling you to be key contributors to improving patients' lives.

Cyber Security
You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and enhancing the cybersecurity posture of our medical devices, working closely with our team to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.​​​​​​​   
Software Testing
You will develop competences in the area of testing, integration and validation of Software solutions in the field of Laboratory connectivity components in Roche Laboratories.

You will develop competences in the area of DevOps, cloud and deployment of Software solutions in the field of Laboratory connectivity components in Roche Laboratories

Our Recruitment Process:

We have two main recruitment cycles per year for our new joiners to start in September & January.
The process has different steps and it usually takes around 2 months to complete.
