The Business Perspectives programme is Roche’s flagship global rotation, offering rapid fire induction experience into our operating businesses — the Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics divisions.
This 24-month journey provides early in career talent with unique, hands-on experience across multiple functions. Participants work closely with inspiring leaders, gaining the skills to shape the future of healthcare. At Roche, careers are tailored to each individual—participants take charge of their path, supported by a Programme Manager, Mentor, Buddy, and Rotational Managers.
For those who excel in a collaborative, agile environment, the programme is a springboard to becoming a future leader or expert and driving Roche’s purpose of “Doing now what patients need next.”
