The Business Perspectives programme is the flagship global rotational development programme at Roche designed to provide a ‛rapid fire’ induction experience into our operating businesses, which are organised into two divisions, the Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics Divisions.
The programme offers talented professionals at an early stage in their career an unparalleled opportunity to gain a breadth of experience, enabling participants to become key contributors to our company’s purpose.
During 24 months, participants build a broad understanding of Roche and partner with inspiring leaders across the organisation to shape the future of healthcare and intentionally design a path on the programme and beyond. At Roche, careers are personalised, so candidates take ownership of their journey on Perspectives. They receive support and guidance from the Programme Manager, a Mentor, a Programme Buddy, and the Rotational Managers.
