The Perspectives Programmes are Roche’s flagship global rotational development programmes, offering a two-year journey across core functions in our operating businesses - the Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, and Group Functions (approx. 4 rotations of generally 6 months duration across the organisation).

This program provides early-in-career talent with unique, hands-on experience across multiple specialized functions, including Business and Finance. Participants work closely with inspiring leaders, gaining the strategic skills required to shape the future of healthcare. At Roche, careers are tailored to each individual - participants take charge of their path, supported by a Programme Manager, Mentor, Alumni Buddy, and Rotational Managers.
